How do we localise one of the most iconic global Web3 brands, and get new builders active on-chain?

Our comprehensive full-service approach enabled Solana to achieve their international ambitions for the Superteam builder community initiative.

To engage and activate developers globally, 
Solana launched the Superteam initiative.

We partnered with Solana to amplify their efforts 
through strategy, growth marketing, graphic design, 
web development, and animation.

In Germany, we launched Superteam DE, acquiring 
over 1,200 developers at 70% under the target CPA 
and onboarding 40 new projects. For Superteam UK, 
we created a sub-brand, produced 200+ assets, and achieved 807k audience reach, 4.5 million impressions, 
and 10k+ clicks via paid ads.

Our work led to 209 registrations, 44 entries, and 7 UK winners at the Hyperdrive Hackathon.
