Our hiring process is your flight plan to joining Flight3—a series of steps to ensure we're the right fit for each other.
The order may vary, but these are the key checkpoints. The journey typically takes 3-4 weeks from application to offer.
We receive many applications, so while we strive to move quickly, it might take a little longer to get back to you.
Our application goes beyond the standard CV.
We intentionally include questions specific to the role and your web3 experience, like campaigns you've run, communities you've built, and results you've driven.
You'll also be asked to share work samples, case studies, or other examples of your work to showcase your expertise.
The video Q&A is your opportunity to introduce yourself and share your passion for web3 in a short, recorded video.
You'll be asked to answer 5 role-specific questions, allowing you to showcase your strategic thinking, communication skills, and understanding of the web3 space in your own time and at your own pace.
You'll have a few attempts to record your answers.
The screening interview is a 25-minute conversation with a member of our team.
We'll discuss your experience, Flight3's vision for web3 marketing, and ensure your skills align with the role.
It's also your chance to ask questions and learn more about us. We'll also chat about the practical stuff like location, hours, and compensation to make sure we're on the same page.
The take-home task is a short, role-specific assignment designed to assess your skills in a practical context.
You'll be asked to complete a task related to the role you're applying for, giving you a taste of what you might work on at Flight3.
This allows us to evaluate your approach and the quality of your work in a real-world scenario.
The team interviews are a series of 25-minute conversations with various team members.
You'll meet potential teammates and leadership, giving you insight into our collaborative culture and day-to-day work.
These conversations help us determine if you're a great fit for Flight3, and vice versa.
They might happen throughout the process, not just at the end.

Our remote team members meet up regularly too. You'll also have 35 days off to completely switch off (including 14 company-wide closure days).

Immerse yourself in the web3 space with early access to token launches we work on and NFT whitelists for our client projects. You'll also have the opportunity to attend and get involved in industry-leading conferences and events, expanding your network and knowledge. This keeps our team at the forefront of the space.

3-4 weeks typically. We're thorough because we care about building the right team.
Our HQ is in London, and we also have remote hubs in Cape Town and Lisbon. While we do make exceptions, we primarily hire in these locations and look for candidates who can easily connect with their teams. London serves as our main hub due to its concentration of clients and our deep immersion in the UK web3 community.
Our model is hybrid for those based near London, with two days a week in our HQ to foster collaboration and tap into the energy of the London web3 scene. The rest of the week is remote. For our Cape Town and Lisbon hubs, we have regular team meet-ups and encourage collaborative work sessions. We have found that this balance of in-person and remote work is optimal for our team's success.
